Following a need in the UK, for an all in one floor seal, Weather Defender was designed and developed in 2012. We integrated anti-slip ridges, a tear off strip and a yellow safety strip to make our seal wholly unique. Having had over 40 years’ experience in the garage door industry, we wanted our product to last. We teamed up with a leading manufacturer of marine grade PVC, who extrudes our seal to the highest standard.
Unlike other seals that are quite soft or made with a hollow chamber, our seal is made from a highly dense and solid PVC that is perfect for all types of environments.
Being all in one, our seal is perfect for all door types; sectional doors, roller doors, tilting doors and side hinged doors.
